- New indoor & outdoor wall paints: Upper floor & ground floor has been repainted on more earthy, calmer, and warmer colors creating an even cozier atmosphere. Outdoor background wall color has been repainted on earthy tones to match to the colors of the natural cliffside. Refurbished wooden paints on all the wooden pergolas.
- Brand new fabrics on sofa, dinning armchairs, beds.
- Brand new curtains in master bedroom
- Brand new rugs upper floor in bedrooms and ground sofa lounge area along with poufs and stools
- Brand new side tables in all bedrooms
- Brand new hanging, wall, floor & table lamps (all rooms & ground floor)
- Brand new outdoor furniture and equipment: Brand new custom design sofa, coffee table, armchairs, large outdoor cushions and outdoor rug at the lounge area, new custom design double sunbed with fine outdoor fabrics, new wooden sun loungers with custom fine cushions, new comfy poufs, new dinning designer’s armchairs.

- Brand new sound system: amplifier with 5 indoor speakers and 4 outdoor speakers
- Brand new PlayStation 4, with games
- Brand new Samsung smart TV’s: Living area 50’’, master bedroom 40’’, double rooms 32’’,
- New indoor & outdoor lighting: new indoor lights in all spaces, dimmable at the living room, new outdoor lighting to highlight the surroundings.
- New indoor & outdoor planting: new indoor pots and plants creating a ‘’greener living’’, new outdoor pots and plants around the premises and the garden.
- New decorative objects (indoors & outdoors): paintings, vases, candles, books, design plant pots, trays, etc.
- Brand new kitchenware: bowls, cutlery, knives etc., custom made storage shelves,
- Brand new wine conservator and beverage cooler installed next to the BBQ area.
- Brand new furniture at master bedroom’s private balcony, and new planting.
